Nolan Business Solutions’ Implementation methodology will be managed by the Implementation Consultant, supported by a dedicated Project Manager. The Project Manager will monitor progress, ensure that deadlines are adhered to and manage change control.
The Project Manager will ensure that the customer is up to date on each phase and that the communication between the customer and the Nolan Business Solutions implementation team is transparent. They will also be involved in the handover of the customer to the support help-desk to facilitate a smooth transfer. Each implementation project will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager to ensure it is delivered on time and to budget.
The Project Managers role is crucial to the success of any project, we use tried and tested methodologies and maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders through regular meetings, calls and documentation.
