Does the Electronic Payment product cost per transaction?
No, Nolan charges a flat rate per year for the use of the solution. You are able to send an unlimited amount of payments for no additional cost.
Can I use Electronic Payments to pay international vendors?
Yes, Nolan's Electronic Payment supports multi-currency as well as international payments. We have worked with many banks around the world.
Can Nolan's Electronic Payments support different file formats?
Yes, The Electronic Payments system has been built with flexibility in mind. As banks have many different and often complicated files ormats for their banking software, Electronic Payments allows you to define the format of each bank file. This allows Electronic Payments to support the wide variety of formats used by banks around the world.
Custom fields on the bill payment and supplier/employee record may be included in the bank file definition if beneficiary information other than bank account number and bank sort code is a requirement, for example, IBAN and SWIFT details may be included.
What if I get audited and need to see previous payments I have sent?
Nolan provides a full audit trail that makes it extremely easy to provide information to auditors.
