This Privacy Statement governs the manner in which Nolan Business Solutions Inc collects, uses, maintains and discloses information/data collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.nolanbusinesssolutions.com website (“Site”) and information/data given from customers.

Personal Data That We May Collect/Be Given

As part of the service we provide to customers we may need access to your system and therefore data. We take the privacy of our customers and the data you provide to us very seriously. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all other relevant legislation, Nolan Business Solutions Inc is the ‘Controller’ (we have sold services to you which involve the undertaking of Processing Activities on Personal Data in order to provide the said service).

Non-personal identification information

Nolan Business Solutions do not have access to any personal identifiable information and we would never seek this information. We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the Services you have requested from us, or for purposes detailed in contracts or as we have identified above. Under “legitimate interests” we can process your personal information if we have a genuine and legitimate reason and we are not harming any of your rights and interests.

We may use the information that Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide services to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

We use Google Analytics to store information about how visitors use our website so that we may make improvements and give visitors a better user experience.

Google Analytics is a third party information storage system that records information about the pages you visit, the length of time you were on specific pages and the website in general, how you arrived at the site and what you clicked on when you were there. Data Retention

We will only store your data for as long as is necessary to provide the requested service to you, after which it will be destroyed. Your data may also be deleted if the original purpose for processing the data is no longer relevant, if the original purpose cannot be performed anymore, if you terminate services with us or if you request that the data be destroyed (in this event, you confirm you understand that we will be unable to provide you with the services listed in the support contract).

Unless otherwise required for the undertaking of the Services and / or instructed to do so by the Customer, we shall ensure that the Personal Data is kept secure and not decrypted (or reconstituted from pseudonymised form). We will use security practices and systems in line with conform with commercially reasonable business practices when processing the Personal Data to prevent unauthorised access, copying, modification, storage, reproduction, display or distribution of the Personal Data. Should any of the above occur we will take prompt and proper remedial action.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
